Competent and accredited teams delivering the highest quality work.

A Culture change in the fire industry is needed.
#VentroDNA highlights the core values that are at the heart of all that we do.
It is imperative that safety is the most important metric when considering fire legislation and as market leaders it’s our duty to drive this change in culture across the industry. Our competent and accredited teams guarantee the highest quality of work and fulfilment, highlighting our commitment to the highest standards across all areas of our organisation. By giving back to local charities, supporting food banks and offering local employment opportunities, we strive to make the communities in which we are part of better.
Competence
We don’t just do the minimum when it comes to fire safety, we show the same attitude when it comes to our corporate responsibilities.
Community
Ventro strongly believe that we should support local communities in the areas in which we work. We do this by giving back to local charities, supporting food banks and offering local employment opportunities.
Culture
Ventro place priority on safety first solutions, delivering solutions that go above and beyond compliance to offer people peace of mind that their buildings are not only compliant but most importantly safe.

Over the last 15 years, several disasters have caused significant changes in fire safety regulations, noticeably the tragedy of Grenfell in June 2017 and previously Lakanal House in 2009. Dame Judith Hackett mentioned in the “Hackett report” that radical reform was needed as systemic failures of the industry caused additional loss of life in both tragedies. Many of these reforms will place an even greater importance on competency and accreditations for organisations.
“There is no doubt at all that competence and accreditation is going to be a major feature of the future.” - Dame Judith Hackett
To provide you with total peace of mind, we maintain the highest accreditations available in our industry.
As a third-party accredited organisation, we pride ourselves on having the correct accreditations in place before carrying out any service. Our accreditations and memberships demonstrate and highlight our commitment to the highest standards across all areas of our organisation.

Ventro strongly believes that we should support local communities in the areas in which we work. We do this by giving back to local charities, supporting food banks and offering local employment opportunities. Ventro not only offer local support for communities, but we also contribute to and aid the UK Rapid Relief Team in supporting and serving people in their time of need. Carrying out resident engagement days and round table events to ensure residents feel connected with the project and the workers each step of the way.
In the current climate of global warming and climate change, Ventro has efforts in place to ensure we are taking care of our planet. One way in which we do this is, by actively measuring the percentage of waste that we recycle and are pleased that 90% of our waste across all sites is being recycled.

Ever since fire safety regulations have been enforced, the industry has used these regulations as the standard to which all work should be carried out, however regulations by their very nature are a minimum requirement and must be seen as such. Ventro place priority on safety first solutions, delivering solutions that go above and beyond compliance to offer people peace of mind that their buildings are not only compliant but most importantly safe.
“As market leaders in the fire safety industry, it is imperative that we drive the sector forward by offering solutions that go above and beyond legislative requirements. Safety for residents and the public must be paramount.” - Harvey Melvin, Managing Director
