We have a cycle-to-work scheme for employees to benefit and save 26-40% on the purchase of a bike or accessories. You pay nothing upfront, and the payments are taken tax efficiently from your salary by the company.

Contribution from the company with the opportunity for a salary sacrifice to your pension. Less money will go the government, instead, the company will pay 100% of this saving into the employee pension pot.

Employees will receive a minimum of 22 days of holiday plus bank holidays. Depending on your time with the company, you can receive up to 30 days with our long service awards.

At the beginning of the annual year, you will have the option to claim 5 days of Flexi-allowance and the cost will spread across your 12-month salary. This will increase your annual leave to a potential 35 days (including bank holidays).

As your time as an employee at the company progresses we have put in place a range of rewards to appreciate your hard work. We have three different types of rewards; Long Service, Performance & Tenure Based.
