Group CEO

Harvey has worked in Building Compliance for his entire career. Harvey founded Ventro Group when he identified that there were clear gaps in the market and that Fire Safety across the social housing sector could and importantly, should be improved.

Paul Hesselink

Paul Hesselink

Chairman of the Board

Paul Hesselink brings extensive international leadership and growth experience to the Ventro Board. As former CEO of Kiwa, he led the organisation’s expansion into a global Testing, Inspection and Certification group. Paul brings significant expertise in scaling specialist businesses, M&A and supporting sustainable long-term growth. 

Johnathan Ford

Johnathan Ford

Board Member

Johnathan previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of HomeServe plc, following senior roles at NWF Group plc and Kidde plc. A Chartered Accountant, Johnathan also brings experience from the energy sector and as a Non-Executive Director, with particular expertise in finance, governance and supporting business growth.

Board Member

Fredrik Brynildsen, managing partner at KLAR Partners, Fredrik has significant experience supporting mission-critical service businesses to scale through organic growth, operational development and strategic acquisitions. He works closely with Ventro’s leadership team to support the Group’s long-term growth strategy and continued expansion.

Tim Kasbach

Board Member

Tim Käsbach brings significant investment and private equity experience to the Ventro Board. A member of the investment team at KLAR Partners since 2021, Tim previously worked at Lone Star and Barclays. He brings expertise in investment, strategic growth and supporting businesses through their next stage of development. 

Eddie

Eddie Belsey

Chief Operating Officer

Eddie excels in financial operations, strategic planning, and internal systems. With previous roles including Commercial Director, Finance Director and Managing Director, he has led financial planning, budgeting, and overall company management.

Ross Melvin

Chief People Officer

Ross previously demonstrated vast leadership skills working in the Ironmongery sector. Ross has since worked with Harvey in driving business processes and efficiencies to maximise the performance of Ventro Group across all areas.  

Martin

Martin Macey

Chief Financial Officer

Martin leverages his extensive financial leadership from Babcock International. With a background in Chartered Accountancy and admiration for Ventro’s growth, Martin underscores the company’s commitment to quality, agility, and future expansion. 

Frazer

Frazer Keam

Chief Revenue Officer

Frazer is responsible for driving sustainable growth, strengthening client relationships and developing opportunities across the Group’s expanding range of services. Frazer also plays a key role in shaping Ventro’s wider commercial strategy and supporting the continued growth of our specialist businesses.
