Beth is an Associate in the Housing Litigation team at Anthony Collins Solicitors. She advises and represents registered providers and local authorities on a wide range of housing matters, including disrepair claims, possession proceedings, anti-social behaviour, and injunctions. Beth joined the firm in July 2022, bringing experience from her previous role as an in-house solicitor at a North West housing association.

Her background gives her a strong understanding of the operational and legal challenges faced by social housing providers. Beth is known for her clear, strategic advice and her commitment to achieving practical outcomes for clients. Outside of work, she contributes to her local community as a school governor at a primary school. 

Mollie is a Solicitor in the Housing Litigation team at Anthony Collins, specialising in possession claims, access issues, anti-social behaviour, and housing disrepair. She provides practical legal advice to local authorities and registered providers, helping them resolve complex housing issues efficiently.

Mollie regularly undertakes advocacy in the County Courts, representing clients in a wide range of hearings. Her approachable style and attention to detail ensure clients receive high-quality support throughout their cases. Mollie is passionate about delivering clear, effective solutions and is recognised for her friendly and professional approach.
