Elspeth has over 18 years of experience focusing on fire safety for disabled people. Over this time, she has collaborated with fire engineers, architects on social housing renovations, and developed personal emergency evacuation plans (PEEPs) for disabled.
A regular speaker at prominent forums since 2009, Elspeth regularly shares her expertise on legislative compliance and evacuation strategies for disabled people from residential buildings. She is a member of the Building Advisory Committee and has developed Triple A Solutions’ IFE-accredited, role-based PEEPs training programme.
Risk Advisory Associate
Tamzin Robson is a Risk Advisory Associate who has worked across a broad range of regulatory matters throughout her career. She supports clients through all stages of the risk management process, from anticipating upcoming regulatory duties to assisting organisations responding to enforcement action. Her work includes advising businesses on health and safety, licensing and wider operational compliance, with a particular focus on helping clients understand and prepare for new regulatory frameworks such as Martyn’s Law.
Operations Manager for the Electrical & Security
With over 10 years of industry experience, Josh has developed a strong operational and technical understanding of electrical systems, compliance, and project delivery.
In his current role, Josh works closely with the Electrical Duty Holder and Qualified Supervisor, supporting the governance, quality assurance, and compliance of electrical works across a diverse portfolio. He plays a key role in driving standards, improving processes, and ensuring that regulatory requirements are consistently met across both maintenance and project environments.
