With annual revenues of £13.7m, HJS brings significant scale and capability to the wider Group. This strategic move strengthens Ventro Groups existing team and reinforces its commitment to delivering a comprehensive suite of building compliance solutions nationwide.
The acquisition was driven by HJS’s strong service record and expertise in electrical, security systems and building refurbishment solutions. With both businesses sharing closely aligned values, the partnership represents a natural step in Ventro (Group)s progression from a fire safety specialist to a leading provider of end-to-end building compliance solutions.
